1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our tour services provided by Cotswold Tour, a trading style of Focal Ltd. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To secure a booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.2 We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 If you cancel your booking:
– More than 14 days before your first tour date, you will receive a full refund.
– Between 7 and 14 days before your first tour date, you will receive a 50% refund.
– Less than 7 days before your first tour date, you will receive a 25% refund.

3.2 If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Booking

4.1 Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and may incur an additional charge.
4.2 We will do our best to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Tour Participation

5.1 Participants must ensure they are in good health and capable of undertaking the tour.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the tour or behaving in a manner that could jeopardise the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. Liability

6.1 Focal Ltd (trading as Cotswold Tour) is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.
6.2 We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

7. Insurance

7.1 Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance covering health, accidents, and personal property.

8. Complaints

8.1 Any complaints should be raised with the tour guide or our office as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.
8.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour end date.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our full privacy policy can be viewed on our website.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
